The first installment payment is due at the time of sign up.
Cancelling your membership does not relieve you of the $350 commitment owed to AGCA for your membership. Be sure to read the terms and conditions governing cancellation and refunds.
The prospective member will authorize recurring payments according to the payment option chosen.
There will be no refunds if the prospective member decides to cancel their membership after their agreement to the plan terms, consistent with the AGCA Bylaws, Article VI, Section 3.
The prospective member acknowledges AGCA’s right to engage collection services to collect any funds owed but not received as a part of this plan and authorizes AGCA to do so.
The prospective member will have all rights afforded to a Life Member of the AGCA upon their first installment payment.
